International Hospitality Careers offers a 360° personalized service providing tailor-made international internship programs that create a win-win situation for both, host properties and participants. With its all inclusive service, IHC is the lead facilitator of customized international hospitality programs for upscale hotels, private clubs and resorts nationwide in the United States of America. 

IHC assists during every step of the process: from recruiting, to on-site training and providing 24/7 support to interns and host properties for the duration of the program.

IHC handles the pre-screening, interviewing and recruiting of internship participants from 25 countries worldwide.


IHC provides pre-internship preparation for both property managers and interns, as well as job-enhancing training for interns during the pre-arrival and on-site phases.

Tailored Programs

Every property has different needs. We work with you to create a training program tailored for your property. Not two IHC internship programs are alike!


If requested by the host property, IHC assists with providing nearby housing arrangements for internship participants.


Rest assured that we have your back during the entire program. IHC provides administrative support and assistance for interns and host properties.

J-1 Visa

IHC handles all the paperwork and visa processing for the recruited interns, leaving you more time to focus on business.

Meet The Founder

Since my first career steps in hospitality management began as a J-1 International Exchange Intern in the U.S., I grew a fiery passion for developing young individuals and being part of different stages of their hospitality careers. Once I started heading the Food & Beverage department at an upscale, private country club and became responsible for quality and staffing levels in different areas of the operation, I was encountering challenges to attract quality hospitality professionals. I knew that I had to get creative with employment solutions and commenced developing the prototype of a unique and successful international internship program for young industry professionals from all over the world.
